IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.
  • Shipping Update: Another email will be sent when your shipping number is created and when your order has been shipped from the supplier.
  • Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged, please provide photo or video evidence within 4 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.
  • Order Cancellation: Orders can be fully refunded if cancelled before processing and shipping.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 4 days of receiving your order.

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item

Once we’ve reviewed your request, we will provide instructions on the next steps to resolve the issue.

Returns & Exchanges

As our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes or buyer’s remorse. We encourage customers to review the size chart before placing their orders to ensure the correct fit.

Refund Policy
